MIBSRV (130.160.20.80) is back up. There will probably have to be some
minor adjustments to make in the operating system, but anonymous FTP users
should be able to access the antiviral files in pub/ibm-antivirus with no
problem. If there *is* a problem, please let me know so I can correct it.
