In December there were submissions about available studies. The General Accounting Office produced one that was recently announced as being available by anonymous FTP I believe. The National Research Council has published a much longer study entitled "Computers at Risk - Safe Computing in the Information Age". It is available from the National Academy Press in Washington. Telephone orders are accepted at 1-800-624-6242 for US customers or (202) 334-3313 for those of us who can't access the 800 number. They will accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
