for you cobra aficionados: check out the last couple of months' issues of Popular Science (i think); they had a whole section on the real thing vs. the new kits; it seems that the new ones are pretty good overall and you can build one for around $14k, depending, of course, on just how awesome a power plant you put in; the stat that i recall from their heyday in the '60's was that the 427 version would go from 0-100 and back to 0 in 14 seconds! good brakes, what? ernie harkins
