Your logic is interesting, to say the least.  It's akin to saying that
your chances in Russian roulette are a function of how fast you spin
the cylinder before pulling the trigger.  And it's also interesting
how a little simple math can sterilize a complex problem.

In response to the article about the strict requirements for 
interstate highways -- ever driven on the death trap called
the Connecticut Turnpike?  It's also I95.  And for years, the
last hundred miles of I95 in northern Maine was TWO-LANE,
UNDIVIDED.  'Nuff said.
