Well, I had a weird one today. I had tried a new version of arbitron in the background. It hung (dont know why) trying to send the report to decwrl using mush. Meanwhile, I was trying to do a: mush user < file I never got a msg indicating that mush was waiting for a lock file to clear up. Yet, when I did a: mush user and then a ~r to get the file, at the ^d I WAS told that it was waiting on the lock. it would be NICE if in the first case the user was told that the mush was hung... -- Larry W.
