I just got the recently posted mush 7.1 running and have a couple of questions. The documentation for the `sh' command states it starts an interactive shell (specified in the `shell' variable if set), but if an optional command is specified, then `command' is executed under the Bourne shell. Why isn't the optional command run under the shell specified in `shell' instead? This also seems to be the case for non-mush commands when the `unix' variable is set, ie, the command is executed by Bourne sh instead of that specified by the `shell' variable. Am I missing something? This is running on SCO UNIX with MMDF defined. When replying to messages from within mush, submit returns the error: submit: [ Permission denied ] Can't create text file to be queued. This is also the behavior when mush is called to send mail directly from the command line, ie `mush someuser'. SCO's submit manual page doesn't describe the options available so I'm not sure if the ones supplied with mush are "correct" or not. Is there any way to only include certain headers when using -I with reply? I think I used to do this with reply -h and setting ignore. I'm currently just using reply with my pre_indent_str set to: ">From: %f\n>To: %t\n>Date: %W %M %N %T %Y\n>Subject: %s\n>" I'd prefer to include all headers except those I don't want (like using ignore) rather than fabricating new headers out of existing ones (as with pre_indent_str). I'd also prefer not having to use `in-reply-to:'. Thanks. -- Roger A. Cornelius rac@sherpa.UUCP uunet!sherpa!rac
