I've noticed an interesting anomality when I compile mush using the GNU C Compiler. It doesn't turn off echoing in normal command mode (not curses or windows) (this when I run mush without the -e flag). It works fine if I compile it with the standard compiler that came with the machine. But if I compile it with gcc, it doesn't work. Specifics here include: mush version 7.1.1 System: DEC uVAX running Ultrix-32 V3.1 (Rev. 9) GNU C Compiler version 1.39 Has anyone else seen this problem, or know of a solution? Please include me (dv@Sonoma.EDU) in any responses, as I don't subscribe to mush-users. Thank you. --David
