If I remember the stats in the front of my most recent R&T, the Porsche
930 Turbo was tops with 5.0 sec. ('82). But their are 3-4 cars within .5
seconds of that time.
Has anyone read the new C&D article on the Toyota Cresida? Take a look at
the performance figures (0-60 in ~7 secs.). Not bad for a top of the line
vehicle! While we're at it, the new issue does a nice job on the '10 Best'
of just about everything in the Automotive world, from cars to people.

I don't profess to be an expert on cars but I just happen to know
what the fastest production car in the world is...or so an
advertisement claims.
