[net.auto] Turn in a drunk driver this week

The New Jersey State Police have set up a toll free number in NJ
to be used to report drunk drivers over the holidays.

It is 800-SOBER-83.  Are any other states doing this?  I like
the idea.  Remember - the driver next to you will be just as likely
to turn you in as a police officer, so don't take the chance.
