Okay, I've heard the complaints from andrew users. I've heard what comp.windows.x has to say about this one. NOW WILL SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I CAN DO ABOUT IT !!!! - I don't have time to dig into the MIT sample server to try and fix the bug there ( I'd be starting from scratch ) - I get the feeling that there is no way zip can be changed, - I have no access to any other server other than the MIT Sample server compiled on a Sun3/50. - I really need to be able to work with zip. ZIP crashes the X11R4 MIT sample server (on Suns, at least) when you first select "SYM" from lower right of the main window, then select "months" from the menu that appears. X11R4 patch 2, now available from expo.lcs.mit.edu, fixes this problem. ++sja
