We recently installed Andrew patchlevel 7. I now notice (though I can't tell if the two are related), that tm echoes my input before executing it, as though it thought I was on a half-duplex line or something (no, I'm running under X11R4 on a Sun4). Sound familiar to anyone? Bill

I haven't really looked at tm,though, so I may be wrong...but that is the behavior in typescript when theioctl with TIOCREMOTE fails. -todd inglett

It won't echo-echo in the next patch.
