Greetings! I have tried contacting this group numerous times directly from Italy; I now am trying via a friend in the U.S. Please respond to her directly (she'll forward mail to me via a known path). Thanks! I have a few questions: 1) Are there any known solutions to the Sun 4.1 OS crashing problem (that I get fairly regularly when using runapp, but not with ez)? I heard that this topic was discussed fairly recently. 2) As a general question, (how) is it possible to suppress menucards of superclasses (it seems that it should be possible with the PostMenus method, but I haven't been successful)? I have created a subclass of textview and I'd like to suppress some (or maybe all) of its menucards. 3) Alongside a main application, I need to create a few separate windows (moveable) that aren't initially visible, but that can be made visible/invisible from the main application (modeless dialog boxes in Xt terminology). I have been able to create them, but have had no luck giving them a proper dimension, nor suppressing initial visualization after creation (I am able to toggle visibility thereafter, but the darn things always clog up my screen at startup).
