Can anyone tell me how to access the internal clock of ibm/pc compatibles?
A sample segment of the code for Turbo Pascal or Quick MS/C would be nice.

I need the timer slice down to 1 millisecond of so that buildin functions
suas as day and time of the day won't be enough.
