[alt.msdos.programmer] Public Domain Linker with source in C

I just found a public domain linker with source in C that someone uploaded
to grape.ecs.clarkson.edu.  I haven't tried the program yet, but it seems
like it should work...

The file is on grape.ecs.clakrson.edu in /f/uploads as linker.zip

Here's the only author attribution I could find:
