My '81 Regal still has the original shocks at 40k miles. Most of my driving is on back country roads, which, coupled with my driving style is beginning to occasionally give me an uncomfortable feeling in the pit of my stomach (eg. when the car starts to "float" in the middle of a switchback). So, I'm buying new shocks. I'm considering buying some of the gas-over-oil type, which seem to be in the $75 range. Does anyone have any recommendations regarding brands? Cost is not really a concern, but obviously I'm not driving a formula car, so.... Thanks Jeff Hillis ...ihuxf!jhillis
