I am seriously considering buying LynxOS. It and VentureCom's VENIX seem to be unique in offering UNIX and real-time on a 386 AT. VentureCom took themselves out of the running by not being sure that VENIX would work on my hardware (understandable) and not letting me try it (a mystery). I'm now checking with Lynx on this point. Does anyone out there have experience with LynxOS and can recommend for or against it? Is the company supportive? Are they here to stay? Is there someone else I should be considering?
