Pleze don't try to compare todays cars (yes even the new corvette)
to Muscle Cars of the 60's and early 70's. That is the same as
comparing the Space Shuttle to an airplane! I have owned small
import cars for the last ten years and when a friend lets me
drive his muscle car, memories come flooding in. The power and
torque of a big block is awesome compared to my Datsun 510
(which can blow the doors off any Toyletta Silly Sloopra). Now that I
have made friends with all you Toyota and Vett owners I will close
with this thought, those of you that still own those powerful
beasts, please keep them alive and well so I can see and hear them. My
9000 RPM and g's in the corners never will compare with the
force of a 4 second 1/4 mile.
