[comp.realtime] dsp board needed

I'm looking for a VME board with the following features:

- 4 analog inputs
- simultaneous sample & hold of the above 
- 12 bit A/D conversion @1MHz
- DSP Chip (I would prefer the DSP56001)

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
