Does anyone know if there is a real time library or kernel/BIOS for 386-PC that interfaces to Turbo C++. What we want to do is: 1. Keyboard I/O 2. Screen I/O 3. Disk I/O (if possible) And always be able to respond to hardware interrupts (IRQ9-IRQ11) within 5 micro seconds or about one hundred clock cycles.
