I have to abandon iRMX86 development on an Intel 310 box. Aedit and the human interface are driving me insane. What I really want to do is use a DOS PC, and/or a Sun 4. Would someone please tell me how I can accomplish this? I need a C compiler, linker, locator, iRMX86 and MultiBuss II extensions (MPC code). I will summarize in about a week. Please do NOT use the reply-to line for e-mail, use the address in the sig. Thanks oh so much. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chris Greve -- EG&G, Energy Measurements -- Remote Sensing Laboratory UUCP: {...}!sun!sunvegas!herbert!chris

You can buy dos-based Intel software development tools, develop the software on a pc and download it via serial port to the 310. Alternatively, you could use the pc as a command macro processor to the 310 through the serial port. -- David Feustel, 1930 Curdes Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805, (219) 482-9631
