We've been doing alot of arging around here on which type of bus we should go with on a next generation architecture. We need to do realtime computing. Specifically mechanical motion and surface measurement. There are lots of realtime OSes running on several architectures all over the place. We need as close as you can get to 100% up time. Our big concern is bus errors since we will be designing our own boards for this bus. What has anyone's experiences been over this?? I'd like to know?? -- ________ ______ (___ ___) (___ Stephen R.
