I apologize for all of the error messages to the POP-BIO group.  The
problem is coming from the UK and we are trying to track it down and
resolve it ASAP.

I have now modified LISTSERV at IRLEARN so that these messages will be
recognized and filtered out.  This does not solve the congestion problem
between the JNT-EAN Gateway and Basel in Switzerland, of course, but should
eliminate the fallout which has been causing such a nuisance on the list.
