[bionet.population-bio] true gene flow

AEBAKER%CSUGREEN@PUCC.PRINCETON.EDU (ann baker biology dept 303 491 5307) (10/14/90)

Genetic markers must be used to document true gene flow because
mating relations can not be fully known from behavioral observations,
as indicated by recent papers where the Jeffrey fingerprint probes or
the Vassart M13 probe were used (example: Westneat 1990 Behav Ecol Sociobiol).
