Dave- it appears that things at IRL/OUP havebbeen resolved. Hopefully
this means that CABIOS will be included too - but please let me know if
I can be of general help.


Unrelated - it strikes me that there are still a lot of folk who don't know
the scope and value of the network - I still think that this would suggest
a pair of general 'how to do' reviews in CABIOS - one from US perspective,
one from European perspective (latter maybe Rob (in parentheses) Harper).
