A few thoughts on speeding and radar detectors: I admit that I seldom drive at exactly the speed limit myself, but I'm not sure that voting with your foot is the solution ( I was surprised to see one of the major car magazines advocate this). A flagrant disrespect for the law can be poisonous (The decline of our civilization????). The prime example is New York City, where a red light is often disobeyed. Should people be allowed to disobey this law, just because they don't believe in it??? Usually, I don't believe in enforcing such laws (i.e, those that the population doesn't believe in), based on the Prohibition experience, but where is the end??
