Some problems compiling ISIS on the Apollo and HPUX systems have been brought to my attention. 1) Neither system likes the new spooler utility, which is a buggy beta-release in any case. I suggest that you modify the makefile in util/makefile to not compile this program. I have a very solid version now, here at Cornell, that you can have if you really need this immediately. 2) Apollo seems to have developed an allergy to our implementation of ISIS lightweight tasks on the Apollo lightweight process scheme. This used to work, but for a period of time I was unable to test our code on the Apollo and some minor problem crept in. I'll post a fix as soon as I figure out what broke. 3) isis_connect() doesn't work very well. As above, we have a fixed version and will post something when we feel 100% confident in it. [NB: probably applies to isis_connect on anything] By the way, I now have ISIS ports to AIX on the PC/RT and to the standard MACH release. The latter is quite hardware independent. Let me know if you might wish to be a test site for either of these. Ken
