ISIS V1.3 will be held up a bit longer. We began testing agressively and ran into an unexpected bug. If you urgently need ISIS V1.2, email to rcbc@cs.cornell.edu (Robert Cooper); otherwise, when we convince ourselves that V1.3 is really solid again we'll post something. Due to a paper deadline that is approaching fast, this may be around Oct. 1. If you see a file pub/ISISV13.TAR in the meantime, this is just a beta version for some of our friends.
