Seriously, I don't think any branch of the government could have their act
together to the degree of monitoring ALL calls in the world, even with
keyword searches. You give them too much credit. Calls going outside
the US, maybe...
On the different not about hackers. There was a front page story in the SJ
Mercury today about a prisoner at the county jail who borrowed a terminal to
free himself before Christmas. Since, I have to leave for the graphics
workshop in a sec, some one else in SJ might post this to the net.
