As part of our effort to design a next-generation ISIS system, Robert Cooper and I are trying to understand the ways in which the current system is successful... and the ways in which it is not. We know a fair amount about the successes because heavy users usually end up in an email dialog with us at some stage. But, we don't know much about those of you who looked at ISIS and decided it wouldn't work in your application for some reason, and moved on... My impression is that some readers of this group fit this characterization. If you could spare a few minutes to drop me a note, it might help us figure out what aspects of the system to focus on during the redesign. We appreciate your help... Ken
