SECOND and FINAL CALL for SUPPORT (Thanks to all who have responded so far)

To all Gary Numan and synth music fans (and especially in Europe),

I am still in the process of gathering names together (I have 15 so far) to
add to a letter to IRS Records (in LA and London) requesting the CD release
of Gary Numan's Numa recordings:

"Beserker" NUMA 1001 - not on CD anywhere
"White Noise" NUMAD 1002- not on CD anywhere
"The Fury" NUMA 1003 - CD released in UK but not in USA
"Strange Charm" NUMA 1005 CD released in UK but deleted
"Ghost" NUMAD 1007 - not on CD anywhere

I have read that letters actually do help as it is an indication of demand for
such releases.

After the superb job done in Japan by Alfa on the "Asylum" sets with his
Beggars Banquet catalogue, a show of interest to IRS might help trigger the
completion of his CD catalogue.

If you email me your name and your snail-mail address I will add it to the
list of names already gathered (15 so far as mentioned above). I'd like to
get as many names as possible to beef up the request. If you know of anyone
without net access who would like to be included let me know. The more the
merrier. I am particularly concerned at the lack of support so far from
outside N. America. Surely there are some European fans out there. Please get
in touch.

I can email you a copy of the letter if requested.

I hope to send out the letter at the end of next week.

Don't forget to email me rather than than the poster of this note. I don't
have access to Pnews or inews :-(.

Thanks in advance,

Derek Langsford,
derek@sunstroke.sdsu.edu
