Is there a device which can be attached to an Apple Mac which can be used
to produce 35mm transparencies for sebsequent projection? Can anyone
recommend such a system?

	> There are several units available in the U.S.
	> The three I am most familiar with all list for around $6000
	  in U.S.
	> These units attach to SCSI port on Mac and give professional
quality slides with selectable resolution from 500-8000 lines
and full color (either 8 color or up to 16 million...)

	> MIRUS slide maker, Polaroid Bravo computer slide-maker, and
Montage FR1 film recorder would all fulfill your requirements.

	> Montage FR1:
	    Presentation Technologies
	    743 N. Pastoria Ave.
	    Sunnyvale, CA 94086 , USA [CA=california]
	    telephone: 800-345-7050 or 408-749-1959

	> Polaroid Bravo:
	    Polaroid (U.K.) Ltd
	    Ashley Road
	    St. Albans
	    Hertfordshire AL 1 5PR
	    Telephone: St.Albans (0727)59191
			Freefone 2122

	    Polaroid (U.S.A.) Corporation
	    P.O. Box 607
	    W-95 Century Road
Paramus, New Jersey 07652	<=== Eastern USA, in case polaroid
Telephone: 201-265-6900 in U.K. doesn't carry the unit!

	> Mirus:
	    Mirus Corporation
	    445 South San Antonio Road
Los Altos, CA (California) 94022, USA
	    Telephone: 800-654-0808 or 415-949-5544

	> Please note that I do not imply any preference to Polaroid
just because I listed a local center/address/phone for
Polaroid and not the other two units. I just happen to have
a list of international Polaroid offices handy.

	> Hope this helps.
