RE: Docs for PAUP. These are actually 99% complete but are only available on disk with the current version of PAUP. ^I beta-tested version 2.99 and found it very good, with the odd unresolved glitch. The explanations are good tho, as they represent essentially a hands on primer of phylogenetic analysis. Win Hide
