I am interested in a Macintosh protein secondary-structure predictor program
to determine the percentage alpha-helix, and B-sheet in a protein from its
amino acid sequence. Possibly using the algorithms given in:
Chou and Fasman Adv. Enzymol. 47, 45 (1978) or
Garnier, Osguthorpe, and Robson J. Mol. Biol. 120, 97 (1978)
