I am looking for a program which can align more than three sequences. I recall that there is a program about which can align up to 99 sequences, can anyone give me some help ? I would be great if the program could be run from a Macintosh and/or read DNA strider files. Dear Thon, How about try to access CLUSTAL at NETSERV@EMBL. You can install this program to VAX, UNIX or even MS-DOS machines. If you want to install this program to UNIX or MS-DOS machines, you have to change some parameters.
