[bionet.software] Kabat database of Immunoglobins

ERIK@nki.nl ("Erik L. Sonnhammer") (01/03/91)

Hi folks,

Is there anyone out there (on Internet) who has the Kabat database available?

The Kabat database is nowadays called AANSPII, or "Amino acid and Nucleotide
Sequences of Proteins of Immunological Interest". It is freely available
from Dr. Harold Perry, but he only distributes it by mag tape.

If someone had it already so I could pick it up by FTP, that would save
me a lot of hassle.

Thanks for your time,

Erik L. Sonnhammer
