Well, I have no information on such specialized software but I suggest you contact the WHO in Atlanta or Geneva and ask them if they know of something relevant. Also I suggest you have a look at their Epi Info piece of software that is a rather comphrehensive statistical-database package which is distributed free by them and is designed with the epidemiologist in mind. Since the database of Epi Info is relational you could perhaps adapt it to process information like the ones you are interested in. Also you might as well contact Dr David Sanders at SANDERSDC@UK.AC.SUNDP.V1. His main interestis behaviour genetics and he might be of some help provided you can motivate him since he is a rather idiosynchratic individual to say the least. Good luck.
