[rec.ham-radio.swap] Looking for a VOICE CLOCK for my basic Mastr II repeater.

I operate a simple repeater made from a MASTR II mobile radio. I would like
to add a voice clock that will announce the time periodicly, or when
summoned by a DTMF sequence. I have been looking for a kit in all of the
magazines. I figured since most state-of-the-art units have such a device
there might be something available on a board somewhere. I had even
considered trying to modify a Radio Shack time cube but I was hoping there
was a more efficient way.
     If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate the help.
