I've installed add-on cruise controls before and found it to be reasonably simple to do. The biggest hassles were feeding the wires through the firewall. I too recommend the Sears units. It will be more difficult for FWD vehicles and those with totally enclosed drive shafts to install the sensor. Follow the directions given and be sure to check for any adaptor kits specific to your vehicle and you should be in business. You'll need to calibrate it once it's installed. Don't try to do this alone -- I almost killed myself trying to drive and adjust the unit at the same time. ihldt!dbg p.s. enjoy your vacation

The only thing I would caution you is to make absolutely positive you adjust the tension on the chain from the servo to the throttle linkage just as the book says. Too loose or too tight either one can be disastrous. David W. Berry amd70!fortune!berry cbosgd!... harpo!... hpda!...
