Whilst nobody wants to be cloned in order to supply cheap/useless labour, (the old fashioned method remains quicker, cheaper and MUCH more fun!), it would be nice to be able to grow *perfect* tissue matched organs for transplants. It scarcely seems immoral if the clone is totally inanimate.. Dave E. [I imagine no one could object if you understood gene expression well enough to grow the organ all by itself. People might get antsy if you started growing whole bodies and cutting them apart. Personally I don't see a fundamental difference, but then it takes all kinds... --JoSH]
