[sci.nanotech] Nanotech college classes?

I am a college sophomore who has had an interest in nanotechnology and its
various aspects for a few years now. I have a question which perhaps this
group can help me with.
I am interested in taking classes which relate to nanotechnology and its
development, specifically with molecular electronics and replicators, and
was wondering what kinds of classes would be good to take. Of course there's
no such thing as Nanotech 101, at least not at the university which I am at,
but any suggestions or recommendations would be most welcome.
Oh, one more question: are there any sites (ftp or other) where I could
obtain articles or essays which pertain to nanotechnology?
Thanks.

[To begin with, there are a number of papers under /nanotech/papers
on the planchet.rutgers.edu FTP directory which may be of interest,
including one written by Eric Drexler in answer to that very question!
