As has been brought up on nanotech before, kevlar skulls are only part of what's needed. To protect the brain itself from the damage of an impact you need a way of slowing its decceleration gradually. In current motorcycle helmets this is done with about a one inch layer of crushable Expanded Polystyrene. With nanotech one could perform all sorts of miracles within the cerebral fluid itself. The point being you need to protect brain tissue from the effects of decceleration in addition to intrusion. ronf();
