What is the size of the smallest hole that can be drilled by current day manufacturing methods in metallic foils? Any manufacturing method is game however esoteric. Thanks Rajagopalan [I would guess that you could get well into the submicron range with an e-beam -- I hope there's someone reading the newsgroup who has more precise information! --JoSH]
