Not many expert-system shell references were sent to us for the forthcoming REFER bibliography update IRUBESS-1. This time we were compiling additional references on our own in order to obtain a complete IRUBESS update. However, with an estimated comp.ai.shells readership of 7700 persons (cf. news.lists), there should be more people ready to send shell references. And there should be hundreds of papers on XPS shells. Perhaps your reference is precisely the one needed by another reader! Thus we would kindly ask you to send more REFER refs; otherwise we may be unable to establish a service of continuous IRUBESS updates... For details, please consult our earlier IRUBESS guidelines (Subject: Incremental Shell Bibliography). Our present policy is to distribute most submissions as they are (even peculiar ones, if they are timely) in IRUBESS updates, and to revise the entire bibliography when it has enough volume.
