Has anyone used the diagnostic shell, AITEST from Intelligent Electronics? I saw a demo of it yesterday and was impressed by the interface - I thought I could detect one or two limitations though, for instance it looked like your tests had to be single or at least few valued, and the level of test specificness to replaceable unit level seemed to need to be quite close... but I only saw it being demoed and haven't had a chance to try it out... So have you used it? What are its real limitations in use? What sort of size and complexity was your system? Do you work for or are associated with the distributors???? What were you running it on? Its not often that a new shell impresses me these days - I've done my share of tool evaluations and have become somewhat jaded. But for once I got the impression that this was a tool that might be worth following up.
