[comp.ai.shells] PC public domain/cheap expert system shells

	Does anyone out there have a list of Public Domain or at any rate
	*cheap* expert system shells for the PC?

	As an aside which are best for what kind of applications, in
	particular a management analysis type of system?

	If there is enough interest, I will summerise the responses
	that I get.
