I have a '64 Corvair convertible (recent purchase) and have been given advice on two areas: oil, and spark plugs. I was advised that it would be best to use a single weight oil, and to use a good plug (like Bosch) that is nickle plated (because of the aluminum heads). I don't have a manual and have only had the car for 5 days, so I thought I would tap the vast amount of knowledge y'all have.
