[comp.protocols.kerberos] Where to get information?

I just recently became aware of the existence of kerberos.  Having only
the faintest of ideas as to what it is useful for, I'd like to get
some basic information.  It just might be useful on a possible
upcoming project.  I have no access to FTP.  Where can I get the info?
