[comp.protocols.kerberos] Vendors' list

mchan@mot.com (Martina Chan) (05/16/91)

Does anyone have a list of vendors who develop Kerberos products? If so, please
let me know. I have been digging around and the list I have is as follows:
The vendors who support Kerberos are DEC, IBM (OS/2 and MVS), FTP
Software (DOS), Simpact Associates (DOS), Xyplex, OSF, and Transarc.
In addition I believe that TVG and Sun will soon have products.

I would like to find out if anyone supports Kerberos on the MAC. Please let me
know of any other vendors.
Thanks!
Regards,

As of Ultrix V4.0, Kerberos is supplied as a option that can be added from the
supported distribution tape. Usually it is loaded on top of Bind/Hesiod (which
is also supplied). The current version for Ultrix is 4.2 (just announced).

Ultrix is BSD V4.3 complient Unix for VAX and DEC (RISC) platforms from Digital
Equipment Corp.
