[net.auto] blood test

martin@auvax (09/01/83)

Some provinces in Canada now have laws that allow blood samples
to be taken if it is felt that a person is over the allowable
	blood alcohol limit!

In this mornings paper I read of an individual that put a
cyclist in the hospital. The driver of the car managed to stop
his vehicle after sideswiping other cars and eventually hitting
something that didn't move. He was apparently well on his way
	to drunken oblivion.

The blood test should have been taken with a 48.

re your final sentance
"The blood test should have been taken with a 48"

I presume you mean a .45 (as in Samual Colts blood testing apparatus)
