[comp.sys.laptops] Backing up a T1000XE Hard Drive

I've got a brand new Toshiba T1000XE in front of me right now, and I've just
finished transfering all my stuff over to the hard drive.  Since it doesn't
have an internal floppy, I'm wondering what the best way to back this sucker up
is.  I use PC-Tools Backup on my desktop AT system. Is there anything around
that approaches this kind of speed without forcing me to buy an external drive
for the Toshiba?  How do other people out there with HD-only laptops back up
their drives?
